We tour your home and provide a verbal assessment on what is necessary to prepare your home for sale or redesign. The consultation takes approximately 2 hours. Both exterior and interior assessments will be made.
Home sellers are encouraged to take notes or video the meeting and will receive my expert idea's and a fresh "buyers eye" of how your property shows.

We begin with a walk-thru of your home to discuss your needs, budget and expectations. During the walk-thru, we will determine what can and should be done to sell your home faster, keeping in mind your budget requirements and the timeline you want followed. We will take before pictures of the rooms to be staged. We then brainstorm and create a plan for your house. With your approval we create a Staging Plan with a written agreement and schedule a date for the Staging.
After the Staging is completed we take after pictures and provide them to your Realtor to update the Websites and create high impact sales brochures and virtual tours. Note: both exterior and interior recommendations will be made. We believe every inch of your property should be Staged to sell quickly.
